Bill, One of the many projects that is waiting bench space/time is an Arduino controlled reflow oven. I just need to decide whether to try to make the controller internal or external to the oven

ESP8266. Both are compatible with the
Arduino IDE and have much more program memory and ram. The ESP32 is a dual core 240 Mhz processor. They also have built in WiFi, and the ESP32 has Bluetooth
