Thanks for posting the link, Bill. I've been meaning to purchase this book for years now. I have borrowed a copy a few times from the library, but it will be nice to have my own copy.

Pretty sure Chuck Adams is the source of the scanned SSDRA on the CD - seldom acknowledged!
