    Yes, Jon Y at Asianometry crushes it again! Always interesting, informative and perfectly narrated. See also the one on Micron.
    NPN had the electron mobility and ft advantage, whereas PNP had a slightly lower audio NF advantage--all things considered equal. But it matters much less now with the planar process.
