I was there to listen to presentation at FDIM. Farhan is a bit over my head, a real smart guy (think goodness). I tried to ask him why he 3D printed in plastic the toroid cores, but had to leave. Does anyone know? Cost savings? Since they don't contain the mag field these is a problem with nearby ferrous metal?
