ReplyDeleteI bought the book and on my Kindle DX it seems to have a few blank "pages" up at the front, perhaps the formatting could be tightened up a bit?

Been waiting to read this till I could get it on the kindle. bought it soon as I heard. 'bout 1/3 through -- keep reading bits aloud to my wife just to prove that I'm not as odd as she thought -- good stuff.
